It is a proven, step-by-step process for completing a romantic union—not just amicably, but consciously—in a way that leaves all involved healthy, whole, and free to love and be loved again moving forward.

The Conscious Uncoupling course will empower you, with or without the cooperation and support of your former partner, and no matter how challenging the circumstances are surrounding your breakup, navigate the end of your relationship with grace, dignity, and goodwill, as well as profound levels of healing and heart repair.
Having both partners in a breakup go through Conscious Uncoupling coaching is very beneficial. Although I don’t work with couples, I collaborate with other coaches to provide individual coaching for each party and support the couple’s conscious work together going forward.
How we will work together:
The Introductory Session is 45-60 minutes.
- Get acquainted and set expectations for the coach and the client.
- From sharing your story, I will gain clarity on your relationship history and your goals for this program.
- I will provide an orientation for you to the work.

STEPS 1 through 5 Sessions run 60 minutes each.
- Before each session, you will read the assigned chapter from the Conscious Uncouplingbook and do the exercises and daily practices recommended.
- In each weekly session,
- We discuss what is coming up for you.
- We will focus on specific exercises and practices to support you and deepen your understanding of the work.
- We will discuss ways that the practices have worked in your life.
- Reviewing your experiences, we will see and discuss how you are living the principles.
- You will have Practice and Reflection questions as “HeartWork” each week to keep you engaged in the process.
As you do the practices and live your life in the new you of the future, you may experience shifts in the ways you are showing up in your life. The heart-healing, dynamic work is comforting and energizing. By the end of the program, you will have the tools to move forward and consciously choose different ways of being that will awaken your power to create happier and healthier patterns in love.
